Go to the Multiplayer Car Showroom, highlight the Bronco and enter
LT, RT, LT, RT - Fully upgrade the Ford Bronco.

Destroy 10 street lamps and five benches consecutively you get urban
sprawl achievement and unlock the purple sub lights.
