Create a text file LOCAL.INI in your game directory (use notepad),
add the desired cheats, one per line, and save it. Then run game as
usual and the described cheats will be enabled. Use TRUE/FALSE to
toggle cheats. You can use AR, AYE, YUP, ON, YES or 1 instead of
TRUE, and NAY, BUGGEROFF, NOWAY, OFF, NO or 0 instead of FALSE.
